The governance of the I²L school is structured around several bodies, each with specific responsibilities and functions to ensure the smooth running and development of the establishment. These governance bodies work together to develop the school, ensuring a high-quality training offer in line with the needs of the job market and the expectations of students.
Approve the articles of association and any amendments thereto, elect the directors, approve the annual financial statements, vote on the budget for the following year, and set the membership fees.
Implement the decisions of the General Meeting, prepare and present the budget, appoint the Director of the facility, and define the delegations granted to the Director.

Issue opinions on the rules and regulations governing studies, changes to the curriculum, teaching methods, admission requirements and assessment results.
Propose guidelines for the development of training through and in research, define research areas and priorities for internal laboratories, and encourage external cooperation.
Manage interactions between student life and studies, and monitor issues of equality and discrimination, as well as psycho-social risks.
Determine the direction of studies, analyze the evolution of expected skills, apprenticeship needs, the match between equipment and training objectives, and ensure the quality of training.
Regroups several departments (Establishment, Research, Training, Corporate Relations, International Relations and Communications), playing a key role in the school’s strategy and day-to-day management.
